Here's an interesting article from Forbes called "Having A Glass Ceiling To Break Through Is Privilege. Here’s Why." In this thought piece, Sheree Atcheson talks about how the idea of the "glass ceiling" doesn't fully capture the challenges women face at work. It's not just about gender, but also race, ethnicity, age, and disability. It's a big deal and something we should all be aware of. We touched on this in a community event this week, so popping it into this list for further reading!
